Allie was quite excited to see "Lego Town"...Ty was indifferent!

Lego Land was VERY short-lived...we were at the play stations for about 30 seconds when, low and behold...there were the Backyardigans!

Grandma Sheri had sent some money for "just-in-case", so we decided to head over to Build-A-Bear Workshop...little did we know that, connected to it, is a store called "Friends 2B Made" where you build your own doll. Allie decided to build herself a doll. She did EVERYTHING all by herself!
After picking which doll she wanted (out of MANY) and picking out the stickers for her new doll's birth certificate, Allie had to pick out her doll's heart and wake it up, and fill it with love, kindness, strength, etc. (You can't tell what she's doing in the pictures, so I left them out.) It was very cute watching her get her doll's heart ready and then put in into her dolls body!
Allie got to run the pump to fill her doll with stuffing.

After being stuffed, Allie got to sit her doll in the hair salon and put bows in her hair.

The girl at the store helped Allie dress her doll in the outfit she had picked...

...from this wall! It only took her a few minutes to locate her favorite outfit.

Here is the finished product...Allie and her new doll, Molly...that she created all by herself! THANK YOU GRANDMA SHERI! SHE HAD SO MUCH FUN!

After Allie had finished creating Molly, it was Ty's turn, though he made his pal at Build-A-Bear!
We slowly went down the line of animals and Ty touched them all...I thought he was going to end up with a Panda Bear...but when we got to the doggy he touched it and started to clap, so we went with him!

Ty also got to pick a heart...but he was too little to understand the whole "waking up the heart" ceremony, so we skipped it! He did get to run the stuffing peddle though!

We also dressed Ty's doggy and made a birth certificate for him...but Ty was getting tired so pictures weren't at the top of the priority list!

Ty's Build-A-Bear doggy...SCRUFFY!!!!!

Allie and Ty...excited and worn out from their pal-creating experience!

We promptly took a break with some refreshing Cold Stone ice cream treats...Ty opted to enjoy his milk!

Allie met a random moose =D

On our way out, we ran into Blue from Blue's Clues! Allie was very excited to get a hug and Ty was excited to pound on his nose!

It was a fun morning!
