A Whirlwind Weekend

Two Saturday's ago, we hopped into our SUVan, grabbed Matt, and headed to Rochester/Nelson for a quick weekend. Our first destination was Rochester, MN for Allie's FOURTH birthday! We got there early so Ty could get cleaned up from a little bit of a spit-up he had before we left. Shortly after getting out of the bathtub, he threw up ALL OVER himself and i. Poor little guy had the FLU!!!!!

Ty spent a good chunck of the party sleeping or snuggling with people.



Allie was VERY excited to get her trampoline! I believe it was a gift from Aunts and Uncles on the Pedie side.



Little C looked so cute chopping on his watermelon!



After a dose of Baby Tylenol, Ty got in on the trampoline play too! He was introduced to trampoline's not long before and LOVES crawling (and crawling...and crawling...) on them.



Here are Allie's non-clothing and non-"raining suit" birthday presents. She was a very happy little girl!



After Allie's party we trucked over to Nelson to get some time in with Woody. (I was wrapped up in sick baby and didn't end up getting ANY pictures of Ty and Woody...but Ty did let Woody snuggle him for awhile at Allie's birthday party.)

On Sunday morning the guys (sans some lazy dorks who shall remain nameless) went golfing in Wabasha. AFter their return some of us walked to the Nelson Cheese Factory to stock up on the good stuff!

On Sunday afternoon, there was a picnic at Todd & Missy's house. Ty REALLY wanted to get into the pool, and he LOVED it! I think the cool water felt good on his feverish skin.









He also got in some quality time with Auntie Shana (and a kitty) in the sandbox!

Despite the sickness, it was great to see everyone...especially Woody!
