Passing On Some Recipes

**None of the following recipes generated from myself.**

FRUIT SALSA & CINNAMON SUGAR CHIPS

Fruit Salsa:

Chop the following into small pieces:

1 Cup Strawberries
3 Kiwi (peeled)
1 Orange (peeled, and with the membrane peeled off of each segment)

Put the strawberries, kiwi, and orange into a bowl and add:

1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
SPLASH lemon juice

Stir together.

Cinnamon & Sugar Chips:

Cut one package of Soft Shell Flour Tortillas pizza-style (6 to 8 pieces)

Melt one stick of butter.

Place tortillas on cookie sheet, brush with butter, sprinkle with a generous amount of cinnamon and sugar.

Bake at 350 until desired crispiness. (Only takes a few minutes.)

Serve salsa with the chips for a yummy snack!

ICED COFFEE:

Brew a 12-cup pot of coffee, strong (1 cup of grounds)
Add 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
Add 1/4-1/3 Cup Flavoring (optional...coffee syrups or chocolate or caramel ice cream syrup)
Serve over ice

(Don't forget that hot and cold sometimes make glass crack...so take necessary precautions!)

Guess I won't be trying the coffee.

The cinnamon and sugar chips are also good with hot fudge, strawberries with a sugary sauce and whipped topping. I had them in Miami. Very yummy!!
